Within the first year of your ring purchase, we offer a complimentary resizing service, which includes free return shipping worldwide. For subsequent resizes or requests made after the first year, there is a small fee and the shipping costs will be applied based on the applicable rates.

how we do
During the resizing process, our skilled craftsmen will make minor adjustments to the size of your ring by adding or removing small amounts of metal. As a result, the thickness of the ring may vary slightly, either becoming slightly thicker or thinner. This difference is minimal and may or may not be noticeable to you. To ensure that our high standards are met and that your ring fits perfectly, every resized ring undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team.

It's important to note that some rings cannot be resized due to various factors, such as size restrictions, falling outside the recommended range, or design constraints. If your ring needs to be remanufactured during the 30-day return policy, there will be no charges. However, outside of the 30-day return policy and within the 1 Year Free Resizing policy, a fee may apply if the ring needs to be remanufactured. Additionally, please be aware that slight variations can occur between the original ring and the replacement ring.
